HH-S digital constant temperature oil bath is manufactured using stainless steel and technology, with digital temperature measurement. 3、 Usage method

Operating instructions

1. To set the temperature, press the SET button. Pressing the SET button will flash the data on the digital display in the lower row (normal temperature measurement in the upper row), indicating that the instrument has entered the temperature setting state. Press the Δ button to increase the set value, press the ▽ button to decrease the set value, and continue pressing the increase or decrease button will quickly change the set value. Press the SET button again to return the instrument to normal working state. The temperature setting is complete.

2. The correction of sensor errors can be made when confirming that the displayed value on the instrument is not the correct measurement value.

Press the SET key for 3 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument panel. After selecting the parameter SC, use the Δ or ▽ keys to set this parameter. The range for correcting sensor errors is+50 to -50. After the correction is complete, press the SET button for 3 seconds to exit. The correction value of the instrument is 0 when it leaves the factory. When using it, it is necessary to prevent the instrument that displays correctly from being corrected incorrectly.

4、 Setting and Explanation of User Working Parameters

AL overtemperature alarm parameter, when the temperature exceeds the AL value, the ALM indicator light will turn on.

HY main output hysteresis prevents frequent relay actions.

P is the proportional band, which refers to the proportional control value. The instrument is centered around the set value and the P value is distributed on both sides of the set point. Within the P value range, the instrument operates in a P I D mode.

I is used to eliminate static error, too small can cause temperature overshoot. Usually 80-180 seconds.

D overshoot control, too large can cause fluctuations, too small can slow down the system. Usually 10-40 seconds.

T is the heating output cycle period, which is the working cycle period of the relay. A small T value has good control effect, but a too small T value will reduce the lifespan of the relay due to frequent operation. Generally, the T value is taken as 20-60 seconds.

5、 Precautions

1. Before use, please remember to add oil at a height of 1cm above the bottom lining plate before turning on the power. Do not turn on the power before adding oil to the box to avoid burning out the electric heating tube.

2. Remember to cut off the power before draining the oil.

3. Properly grounded for safety.
